Returns will only be accepted on preview materials and defective merchandise. A return authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling 800-349-1123 within 14 days of the invoice date. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. The customer is responsible for return freight. Private Educational Network cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. All returns must be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail that requires a signature. A restocking fee of 20% or $50 (whichever is less) will be assessed for any returned item or cancel orders. Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable.   Merchandise returned without prior authorization or the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box will not be accepted.   Once a returned item is received, it will take us up to 21 business days to process the request.
