DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE -- CA Driver Ed. Certificate (replacements, corrections, etc.)
Duplicate Certificate Requests applies to lost or damaged original Driver Education Completion Certificate. This service is provided during regular business hours only.
Orders will be processed within 5 business days and ships via regular U. S. mail. Duplicate Certificates are issued to students that originally received their Driver Education Certificate from PEN. All requests are verified.
NOTE: Due to the certificate process, certificates are not available for pick-up.

Duplicate Overnight applies to students that have lost or damaged their original Driver Education Completion Certificate, and are interested in having the certificate mailed to them via Overnight Service.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING -- CA Driver Ed. Certificate (Applies to Original Certificates ONLY)
Student's that have recently passed our Driver Education Course have the option to receive their original Completion Certificate by mail via Overnight service.
The certificate will be handled through regular certificate processing and will be shippedwithin 10 business days via Overnight service. Overnight certificate delivery is processed during regular business hours only.

EXPEDITE OVERNIGHT -- CA Driver Ed. Certificate (Applies to Original Certificates ONLY)
Expedite Overnight applies to student's that have recently passed our Driver Education Course and are interested in having the certificate shipped to them via overnight service. Please note: This service is provided during regular business hours only.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon PST will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

EXTENSION -- CA Driver Ed. ONLINE Course (Applicable to Online courses that have expired)
If you need additional time to complete the Online course, there is $25 Extension fee due. You may request an Extension by either:
(1) Print an Extension Form and faxing the completed form with credit card information to (408) 549-9912
(2) Call our office and order an Extension with a credit card by calling (408) 280-1122 or (800) 349-1123
(3) You may also pay online with a credit card by clicking the 'Order Now' button below
Once PEN receives your Extension request, the students account will be reset for 30 days. An email indicating the new expiration date will be sent to the email on file. This is the ONLY notification that will be sent to notify the student of Extension Request was processed. Please note, this process may take up to 2 business days following submission.
